HOUSTON – A bicyclist was rushed to the hospital overnight Tuesday after authorities say a driver hit the cyclist in east Harris County and kept on driving. It happened shortly before 2:30 a.m. when deputy constables with Precinct 3 say an unidentified man was riding his bike on S Lake Houston Parkway when he was hit by a vehicle.
He was rushed to the hospital in serious condition by emergency officials.
