Yesterday I rode Zwift as I scope out my fitness after being off the bike since Hurricane Beryl arrived. Today the plan was to ride south through Atascocita, Walden, and then back to Kingwood. Around 8 miles into the ride my neck and shoulder muscles hurt from the weight of my helmet and not riding. I continued on but when I reached Kings River Drive I shortened the route riding to Kings Park Way to head back to Kingwood. I need to condition my neck and shoulder muscles more.
