A Year Later: Revisiting the Flat and Fast Route Watopia Tick Tock
It’s been a year since my last ride on this route. This route is the second flattest in Watopia with 194 feet elevation gain over 12.0 miles. The 1.5 mile lead-in is flat. I will ride 2 laps. The first of 2 climbs comes at 6.15 miles gaining about 50 feet. The second taller climb starts at 9.1 miles adds 64 feet of elevation. There are a few little spikes in the flat sections. The second lap doesn’t include the 1.5 mile lead-in so I rode beyond the finish at Fuego Flats. The second lap elevation gain was about 19 feet less because of the omitted lead-in. I set a new Zwift 90 day PR on Fuego Flats of 50.45 seconds. Strava shows my all time PR at 44 seconds. Fuego Flats was the only sprint on the course.
