Share Your Christmas helps 430 children celebrate the season

At a time when holiday cheer can be a little more difficult to come by for some, Share Your Christmas brings hope and joy to children in need in the Cleveland area. Founded and championed by Dinah Cochran, this endeavor provides Christmas gifts to underprivileged children each year, putting smiles on their faces and Christmas joy in their hearts.

Bicyclist killed in vehicle crash on University Drive bridge

A woman died Wednesday morning after being struck by a vehicle while she was biking on the University Drive bridge over Mingo Road, near Loop 288.
Before 8:30 a.m., 911 dispatchers received a call that a vehicle had struck a woman who was riding a bike in the right lane on eastbound University Drive. She was pronounced deceased.
The driver remained at the scene of the crash and is cooperating with the crash investigation, Denton Police Department spokesperson Amy Cunningham said.
The eastbound lanes of University Drive reopened before 11 a.m.
