Scottish cyclist has world record breaking year following Central Texas wreck

TEMPLE, TX — On Dec 21. 2019, Scottish cyclist Josh Quigley was just miles away from finishing his goal of cycling around the world. In a tragic turn however, Quigley was struck by a car going 70 mph on HWY 36 in Temple, TX.
"Ten broken ribs, broken heel bone, broken ankle, fracture on my pelvic, I’ve got a broken artery in my brain" shared Quigley after the accident.
However, less than a year later and he’s out breaking world records.
