Fort Davis to Iraan TX: So glad it’s not raining
Thursday March 5, 2020, 111 miles (179 km) – Total so far: 1,095 miles (1,762 km) Back to better weather! Upper 60s and sun makes for much better riding. And almost no wind too! Even if you don’t live here, you might find the way they (we) do things here to improve safety for walkers and bicyclists interesting.
Sorry, with coronavirus rearing its ugly head, even leading to the cancellation of South by Southwest for the first time in its 34-year history, I should say …

Highs: bluenonnets, new gravel roads, exploring more parts of Texas and putting in my longest solo ride to date. Lows: cigarette gas station and mental lull around mile 80. Timed it out perfect to meet John coming back from his race in Llano. Good day
