With the temperature about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday I started today’s bike ride at 11:09 AM, an hour and 29 minutes earlier than yesterday’s bike ride. I chose the “Atascocita – Walden – Huffman” route and rode 33.21 miles. Those miles boosted November to 137.51 miles. My goal for November is 360 miles on the road and 100 miles virtual riding.

Weather during the bike ride: start 78 (80% humidity, 71.0 dew point), partly cloudy, wind calm. Finish 79 (75% humidity, 70.0 dew point), mostly cloudy, wind SE 6 mph. I stepped back on what I wore: shorts, long sleeve jersey (not a thermal one), and a short sleeve jersey. Maybe I over dressed a little but I felt comfortable and didn’t sweat too much. The abundant cloud cover made it feel not so hot.

Again Strava told me that this was harder than your usual effort. I believe this is derived from my heart rate. Some physical data:

Wednesday it might warm up a couple of degrees. Slight chance of rain. I plan on biking.
