A car driver struck and killed 28 year old Jessica on Thursday 3/28/19 while she was traveling by bicycle along E. Martin Luther King Drive (District 9; City Council Representative Kathie Tovo).
Jessica was traveling adjacent to the UFCU Disch-Falk Field which is the stadium that is home to the University of Texas Longhorns baseball team. Jessica was most likely attempting avoid the danger of riding a bicycle on MLK by turning into drive that circles behind the stadium and opens back up to Comal.
