PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — Pflugerville city officials have awarded a $1.6 million construction contract fort the Wilbarger Creek Park project.
Council members approved the contract during their March 12 regular meeting. Construction on the $1.595 million project expected to begin in April includes playground areas, outdoor classroom space, a youth velo-way, practice field, parking spaces, trails and restrooms on 10.5 acres of the 104-acre tract, officials said. …
