Investigators with Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office have narrowed down one at least possible suspect involved a rash of bike thefts over the last several months in the Midtown area, according to Precinct 1 spokesman Kevin Quinn.

More than 100 kids get gear, safety tips at bike rodeo

About 110 children received bike gear and safety tips during the first annual Bike For Life Rodeo Saturday at Lufkin High School.

This free bike rodeo for the county allowed children to get their bikes inspected, get helmets and bikes lights and participate in a bike obstacle course.
