‘Sharrows’ point motorists toward courtesy to cyclists

Symbols recently painted on downtown Texarkana, Texas, streets do not indicate dedicated bike lanes but instead signal that drivers and cyclists should share the road.

AUSTIN, Texas — Cyclists gathered at the Yellow Bike Project in East Austin to begin the daunting task of fixing hundreds of donated bikes.

Waco: City will get bike-sharing program this fall
