Exercising can reduce effects of aging heart

If you’re under 65 and have never exercised, start now. It could reverse damage to an aging or sedentary heart, plus set the stage for a reduced chance of heart failure in the future.

Little Walnut Creek Greenbelt (aka Area51) is the 200+ acre area between 183 and Springdale, north of 51st St. The property was recently re-zoned as Parkland, but the city has no funds set aside to build any amenities right now. This fundraiser, along with a grant provided by the National Parks Service will be used to create a Master Plan to present to the city to help secure the funds to move forward.
