Cyclists say current Plano bike plan is a start, but improvements needed

Along with a network of trails, Plano’s bike system includes a number of on-street routes that help commuters and recreational cyclists get around town.
In 2011, the city placed signs throughout the city noting bike routes, and some commuters say that’s helped the city become a relatively easy place to ride a bicycle.
