Craddock, Haga latest members of the youth movement at Argos
By Andrew Hood      velonews.competitor.com
MADRID (VN) — Argos-Shimano has built a successful foundation by forgoing big-ticket stars and established pros, instead mining for undiscovered talent.
Rather than hire expensive and sometimes demanding big-name riders, the Dutch team has tapped the under-23 ranks for seams of talent, and molded those men into major players.
Look no further than Marcel Kittel, a winner of four stages in this year’s Tour de France, or Frenchman Warren Barguil, who at the ripe age of 22 won two stages in his grand tour debut at the Vuelta a España.
Fitting perfectly into that modus operandi of the Netherlands-based team are American talents Lawson Craddock and…

Katie Jackson Park Mountain Bike Trail
Katie Jackson Park in Dallas is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Not only does Katie Jackson have 5+ miles of cross country trail but it features 1 of only 2 dirt jump parks in DFW. The trail itself is fast and flowing and very similar to many other DFW area trails in terms of soil makeup and technical features. While wrapping around the creek there are a few small rock gardens roller sections.

GhostBike / Memorial Ride for Morgan Marold Wed 2013-11-20 11:00am
bicycleaustin.info
Details are still being worked out, but we have a bike from Bicycle Sport Shop. A big thank you to them!
We’ll also be working with Please BE KIND to Cyclists to help us get Morgan’s bike prepped and ready. They’ve prepped a number of other Ghost Bikes in the past and there’s some protocol we need to follow so TXDOT doesn’t remove it. Glad to have their help.
We’re working on a place to meet that day and will ride from there (it shouldn’t be too long of a ride though, 2-3 miles). Thanks for all of your help! And please invite others not included here that want to participate! …
