Plano named the most bikeable city in Texas

As the birthplace of Lance Armstrong maybe it shouldn’t surprise anyone, but Plano has recently been named the most bicycle-friendly city in Texas.
That distinction was given to the city by WalkScore.com, a website that uses data to rate neighborhoods and cities based on how easy it is to function there without a car.
