More blue sky and 70 degree weather for today’s ride. I pulled out the driveway at 12:51 with 70 degrees. By the time I returned home at 3:26 it was 78 degrees. Only a light breeze stirred up things but it felt chilly so I was glad I wore my windbreaker jacket over the short and long sleeve jerseys. I guess it takes a while for the wind to warm up. Spring arrives a week from today and the forecast says the warm weather could be around until then. March weather now is more like a lamb.

After riding north yesterday I went south and east through Atascocita, Walden and then Huffman before heading back home. I added an extra leg to my normal route to get above 30 miles and the route turned out to be 32.02 miles. This increases my March miles to 239.48. I am making progress toward my 581 mile March goal.
