Kid Trips will be conducting a ride for the Boys and Girls Club of Austin at Walnut Creek Park in N. Austin on Sat. 2/18/12. We’ll meet in the main parking lot in front of the pool at 8:00 a.m. The ride starts at 9:00 a.m. Adult volunteers are welcome; just bring your mountain bike!

Please be aware that in February we will be hosting the Subaru IMBA Trail Care Crew during the weekend of the second Saturday. As such, we will not host a club ride but invite everyone to participate in a social ride at Walnut Creek on Sunday.
The Trail Care Crew will teach “sustainable” trail building principles, which means building lasting trails that require minimal maintenance. Class participants will learn to apply these techniques in the afternoon field session.
