More people than ever read this e-news; we created two new e-bulletins (The Headset for League volunteers; the Cue Sheet for affiliates); our Rights to the Road on-line petition has been signed by more than 12,500 fellow cyclists; tens of thousands of e-mails, calls and letters have been generated to members of Congress, and state/local legislators, through our Advocacy Center; and we’ve met hundreds – if not thousands – of League members and supporters at bike summits…

Check out this neat new bike lighting system for commuting. Recently funded by using a Kickstarter campaign, the guys at Revolights have finished their rounds of prototyping and will have lights ready to ship in March 2012. BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—The fourth quarter got off to an encouraging start for independent bike dealers, with October merchandise sales rising 5 percent compared with a year earlier to $182 million. Installing the NuVinci n360 Hub

After cold setting my Ross frame, it was time to install the ultra modern NuVinci hub on a 27 year old bike. Installation was actually very straightforward and fairly easy. After figuring out the alignment angle using the numbers on the shift assembly and lining up the axle flats to the angle, I slipped the shift assembly on, bolted in my wheel, and then built the rest of the bike.
