Wednesday was a day to ride earlier than I have this week. The temperature was slightly cooler at 75 degrees (80% humidity) for the start and 86 degrees (56% humidity). The clouds are increasing with the approach of a front. This weekend could have low temperatures in the 50’s but it’s not here yet. I am staying over the 28 mile again with today’s route 28.57 miles. Out on the route I met two other bikers: one road biker and one mountain biker. The wind was stronger at 10 mph from the SSW. I thought this would slow me down but I was able to keep the average speed at 15.4 mph and a max speed of 21.0 mph. Average cadence was 80.7 RPM in SportTracks. My bike tires are inflated to 110 psi and there are places along the route with washboard surfaces that produces a vibration. This could have caused my problem last week with the Garmin Edge 500 sensor.
