The first in her family, the diagnosis of breast cancer was a surprise for Heather Zeboski.
During a routine check-up in March, her doctor found a lump that she had not felt herself through self-examinations and immediately scheduled a biopsy.
When the lump was removed, doctors realized the severity of the lump as Zeboski was diagnosed with invasive ductal incarcinoma, which could have spread if it had not been caught in the early stages.

Tonight was perfect for a quick mountain bike ride. My wedding is only 12 days away (holy crap!) and I needed a little time in the trees after work tonight. Since River Legacy is only about 9 miles from my Bedford office I decided this morning to take full advantage of it.
River Legacy is in tremendous shape after the rain we got in the prior weeks. I rode the trail for the first time about one month ago and it wasn’t looking great.
