The Tour of Austin is a race put on by Holland Racing over Labor Day Weekend, consisting of the only thing that Holland Racing puts on, well organized Crit/Circuit Races.  Over the 3 days, lots of spectators and racers had fun in the heat, wind, and sunshine.
