This is a new venue.  It is 3.5 mile CLOSED COURSE loop. The streets are flat, smooth, and is basically flat.  Most streets are two lanes wide, though some of the turns have 1 lane wide, “turn lanes.”  Wheels in – Wheels / Some Neutral feed will be available / USAC permit pending.
-  There will be a short 9/11 Commemoration at 10:00 during which proper decorum is requested.
