On the GHORBA calendar we have the folllowing GHORBA events in July:
Regular (1st. Tue of month) trail work party at Memorial Park, Tue. July 5th, 6:00 pm.
A group ride down at Jack Brooks Park next Saturday July 9th, 9:00 am.
Member meeting on July 11th, location TBD so we’re open for suggestions.
A ride at the long and rolling Double Lake trails on July 31st. More
Bicyclists plan to finish cross-country ride cut short by crash 25 years ago

…On July 29, Cywinski and his friends will set out to complete the last 2,504 miles of the 8,141-mile they started in 1986. They expect to finish the ride Aug. 22 in Buffalo.
The ride will begin in Seguin, Texas, outside San Antonio, the same place it ended 25 years ago. …More
