Because of a nasty crash last week, the P/1/2/3 race was cancelled.  This week would be the second open race of the season.

Through this week, I have bee trying to work on sprinting and anaerobic intervals, so I rode to the crit, doing 4  300 meter sprints in the 98 degree F weather.  When I arrived at Memorial Park, I was worried that I might have overworked myself for the crit.  Regardless, the goal for me was to be as aggressive as possible, and then if I couldn’t get into a break, I would make sure my teammate Jon had a good spot going into the…
