Aptalis CF Cycle For Life presented by OutRival Racing will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2011, starting and finishing at Houston Oaks Country Club & Family Sports Retreat in Hockley, TX.  This ride offers 30 or 62 mile routes supported with rest stops every 10-12m, SAG vehicles, medical services and a festive post-ride lunch. Registration fee is $35 ($25 early bird) with a minimum pledge requirement of $150.  This cycle event benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Cycle for Life is a one-day bike tour that is fully supported with stocked rest stops every 10-12 miles, support and gear vehicles, on-site medical services, mechanical support, and more.  Choose from two mileage options:  30 miles and 62 miles.  For the ultimate challenge add in a post-ride through Houston Oaks!

The 2011 Cycle for Life bicycle ride will start and finish at the beautiful Houston Oaks Country Club and Family Retreat in Hockey, Texas.  There will be entertainment and post-event festivities for the entire family. Enjoy great food, festive music, children’s activities and much more while raising awareness about this life-threatening disease.

Recommended Fundraising: Every rider is encouraged to raise $150 to support the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. If you raise $750 or more you will earn the official 2011 CF Cycle for Life event jersey! Utilize your personal fundraising page and other creative methods to raise money to fund vital research and therapies for those affected by CF. By going the extra mile you will add tomorrows every day for the children and adults with CF.

Requirements: Participants are required to wear a helmet to ride.
