Bike MS: Sam’s Club Ride – Frisco, TX
Bike MS: Sam’s Club Ride is a two-day fund raising bike ride April 30th-May 1st, from Frisco to Fort Worth, organized by the National MS Society, Lone Star. In 2010, the event raised more than $2 million for MS. This year marks the 24th year in North Texas.
3 Ride Options for 2011
*Full 2 day route – 153 miles
*1 day ride Saturday (86 miles)
*Lunch Express – Ride to lunch and be transported to the finish line 1 or both days. (Sat. 48 miles; Sun. 30 miles)
All of these options still require the same registration fee and fund raising requirements. We ask that you select the option you plan on riding during the registration process. If circumstances change that would alter your route plans before the weekend of the event, please let our office know.
Start – Dr. Pepper Ballpark, Frisco, TX
The adventure begins Saturday morning at Dr. Pepper Ballpark in Frisco.
At 7 a.m. Saturday, Sam’s Club team and other top fundraising teams lead the masses from Dr. Pepper Ballpark. Riders cannot start the route after 8 a.m. and must SAG to the first rest stop.
Start – Texas Motor Speedway
Day 2, 6:30 a.m., Sunday, Club 100 members and guests lead the masses around the track at Texas Motor Speedway, weather permitting.
Breakfast First! Hot breakfast is served beginning at 5 a.m. so don’t get on that bike with an empty stomach!
