I do not include much news from the BMX scene but this being a slow news week and this big event in Tulsa warrants some attention. It is interesting to me that some of the riders are in their late 30’s and can make a living on the pro circuit. Even though this takes place in Tulsa one of the big riders is from Fort Worth.

The following post mentions the cold front that caused me to stay inside today. Well almost inside. I did visit two big box stores to check out the Black Friday deals but not at some hour in the early AM. I waited until 10:30AM and the crowds were thin as the parking lots were too. No deals were worth buying either.
