Bike Club, Park Department to host bike race on Sunday

Texarkana Bicycle Club and the Parks and Recreation Department of Texarkana, Texas, will host the American Heritage Classic Criterium bike race Sunday.

With this gorgeous weather, it seems prudent to provide another update on the progress of the local bike trail system. There’s good news on most fronts, with two significant links almost completed and two more under way.
