Brief Description
Breakfast Tent open at 7:15 am prior to the 8:00 start staging Your registration/donation is fully tax deductible. Early registration goes thru 10/07 & guarantees a t-shirt. Registrants from10/08 to 10/17 are not guaranteed a t-shirt, but will be provided until supplies run out. Raffle prizes $1 each & $5 for Grand Prize. Donate an old cell phone & get 1 chance in a $1 raffle. Cell phones must be complete/w back, no accessories.
All proceeds from this ride go to support our community food bank, scholarships, eye exams and eyeglass programs as well as help for other charities and residents in need.
Join us on October 17th for either a 25 or 55 mile bike ride leaving from Little Elm Stadium at 1151 East Eldorado, Little Elm Texas as we wind our way through Frisco, Aubrey, Celina, and Prosper on a moderately challenging ride route. We will end up back at the stadium.Staging for the ride begins at 7:30 and first riders out at 8:00 am.
The last weekend of September we will have a booth at Autumn Fest, an annual event with a Carnival for the kids, vendors for parents, and food for everyone held in Little Elm Park! Bring your bike by for a “Tips Only” Tune up. You can also register there or pick up your race packet if you are already registered!
We will have water stations, sag wagons, both bike and motorcycle marshals as well as porta-potties, and rest stations. Each Rest station will be equipped with shade tents, water, fruit, a bike mechanic, and medics. Riders will enjoy a new route and can choose to go 25 or make the entire 50 miles!
Early Registration will begin August 5th and go through October 7th. For a donation/registration fee of $25.00 will get the following:
* T-Shirt
* Race Bag with Goodies and Coupons
* Three Rest Stops with Food, Water, Shade, Medics, Port-a-Potties
* SAG Support
* Entry into a drawing for a raffle prize
* 501-C-3 Tax Deductible Reciept for your taxes
* For every used Cell phone donated a ticket into a raffle prize drawing (with backs, no batteries, chargers, or accessories necessary)
After October 7th through race day, donation/registration fee is $35.00 with no guarantee of a Race shirt, but you will receive all the rest.
