Tour de Pink – Prairie View, TX
Tour de Pink 2010 is the first bike ride in Texas solely benefiting breast cancer. Join us this year as we celebrate our SIXTH ANNIVERSARY – scheduled for Sunday, September 19th, at Prairie View A&M University outside of Houston, Texas. Routes are available for all levels: 12, 23, 47, 63, 80 and 100 miles!
In addition to the registration fee, each cyclist is required to raise a minimum $100 in pledges from family and friends. Early/online registration is $25 and will close on September 12, 2010. Late registration is $30 when you register in person at packet pick-up on September 17th and 18th and day-of registration is $50 on September 19th.
Participants will be raising money for Pink Ribbons Project, in motion against breast cancer to fight breast cancer through awareness and education programs and the support of proper screening for the medically underserved funding and outreach initiatives. For more information on Pink Ribbons Project, please click here.
