The first time I heard of this race was 2 years ago back when I was 14 at the southwest regional camp in Lubbock Texas. Tour De L’Abitibi is the largest and only UCI jr stage race in the western hemisphere. The race takes place in the small town of Val d’Or in Quebec Canada.
