Interesting facts about Fossil Rim: ? About 1750 acres and have been in the conservation business for 25 years ? Has an international reputation for breeding rhinos (10 calves in about as many years) and cheetahs, (over 100 cubs born since the early 80’s) and they have some of the largest herds of hoofed mammals in the country ? Only the mountain bike tours and Behind-The-Scenes tours get to go into the area where we will be seeing the animals. They aren’t on the public drive- thru route. ? Been doing the mountain bike tours since 1994 ? This place rocks for mountain biking, and there’s no where else in this country, and maybe the world, where you can ride your bike this close to animals like rhinos and cheetahs
