Working On The Rock Pile But Still Energy Left, Bike Ride May 8th
Before riding today we had this yard project to remove some misplaced river rock in an area that was blocking rain water drainage, if we ever get any rain water that is. I thought the rock was going on forever but we managed to pick it all up and re-shape the yard in about 2 hours. Then I was asked to make a table by my wife. I am not the most professional woodworker but we made it. While I was out riding I had a revelation about how the table should really be made so I need to pickup some more lumber to correct the table design. Despite of all this activity I was still up to riding 46+ miles. After a cool front came through last night the temperature a mild 82 degrees under a cloud cover. Wind was 9 mph out of the NE. No other riders were spotted. I will need to ride early in the day to see them.
Today’s ride statistics:
- miles =46.28

If you click on the View Details link in the Garmin Connect data below you can go to the route player. The player traces the route I rode and shows the various data at points along the route. I always play the route even though I was there; this amazes me.
