Picture Perfect Day for A Ride, May 2nd Bike Ride
What difference 24 hours can make. Yesterday the humidity was high, the wind was from the SSE and the mugginess was starting have an affect. Overnight the wind changed to the NW and the humidity dropped at least 30%. The temperature was around 85 degrees with the wind at 14 mph and an occasional gust to 18 mph. Plenty of sun meant sunscreen season is upon us. The 55 SPF sunscreen is getting low so I need to get another tube. Time was short today since I had to take my niece to Special Olympics bicycle practice. I was hoping I could get 20 miles or so in before time ran out. I made it to just over 21 miles. We got the practice just as they starting.
