Family Ties Family Resource Services is having it’s 1st annual Tour de RACHA bike ride. RACHA stands for Ride Against CHild Abuse. Family Ties is a non profit agency located in Waller, Texas that has been established to address issues such as child abuse, family violence, sexual assault, bullying etc. The bike ride will have options of 62, 48, and 26 mile runs.
