YMCA to Host Spin-a-Thon

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — The South Montgomery County YMCA is hosting a 3 hour indoor Spin-a-Thon benefit ride on Saturday, Jan. 30, from 8 – 11 a.m. at the Shadowbend YMCA.
The event is a great training ride for the MS150! You can ride for 3 hours or choose a 1 hour segment! Led by the YMCA Cycling Instructors, the ride will provide a variety of music, training and levels of difficulty along with door prizes, refreshments and camaraderie.
