A rare arctic cold air mass is headed for southeast Texas. Unless I want to do my polar bear impersonation this means no outdoors riding this weekend. According to our weathermen the temperatures have not been this low since December 1996. For a temperature wimp like me, anything below 60 degrees is frost bite territory.
