Each year for the past 10 years, the Reaud Family Foundation has hosted the Bicycles and Bibles program to help brighten Christmas for as many as 1,000 children, who might otherwise have gone without the joy that comes from receiving gifts during what is traditionally a time of happiness.

Group Donates 710 Bikes to Students

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas – Students at one North Richland Hills school got a big surprise on their last day of class before Christmas — a shiny new bike.
The Spokes for Homes non-profit organization donated 710 bicycles and helmets to the students of Carey Frances Thomas School.
Others in the community also helped to make the day special. Gateway Church assembled the bikes. Firefighters unloaded the bikes and two local businesses donated pizza and drinks for a party. …
