BikeTexas is coordinating a luncheon and bike ride featuring alternative transportation expert Enrique Peñalosa.

BikeTexas presents an exciting event coming up on January 21 – Enrique Peñalosa, former mayor of Bogotá, Colombia, is visiting Texas to speak at the Texas Trails Network Conference, and will take time out of his busy schedule to be the guest speaker at a luncheon and urban bike ride! We are coordinating the event, and State Senators Rodney Ellis and Jeff Wentworth will host.
