Waco, Tx (FOX 44) – The punishment phase in the manslaughter trial of a woman accused in the hit-and-run death of a bicycle-riding Baylor student was set to begin Friday morning in 54th District Court.

After a lengthy deliberation, the jury returned a guilty verdict Thursday in the trial of Tammy Renee Blankenship.
