I closed out one of the highest mileage weeks with a bike ride on Kingwood streets and trails with 259.88 miles for the week. The ride was pleasant with an overcast sky holding the temperature just below 80 degrees and a light wind. A later start than yesterday after coming home from church and a snack to power my legs rolling away at 1:29 PM for 20.69 miles. The last time I rode more miles in a week was September 5 – 11 last year. Now I am within 71 miles of my 750 mile goal for May. The weather for the week excluded rain and wasn’t too hot and I rode each day.

Today the ride included a little more of the trails than typical. I should’ve rode a little farther to hit 260 miles for the week. I averaged 37.12 miles per day and Wednesday with the most miles.
