Faulkner Park is a fun place for riders of all skill levels. The beginner loop is very flat and wide which is excellent for new riders and families. The main trail offers more than 9 miles of smooth and fast single tracks winding through the woods. For more advanced riders, there’re two expert sections full of features to explore including skinnies, jumps, drops, and rock gardens. There’s also a big-boy jump line named "Thunderstruck".
Riders take part in 39th Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally

The Denton Breakfast Kiwanis Club held its 39th Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally on Saturday, with estimates of up to 1,000 riders participating.
The rally began at 9 a.m. and had five routes, including an 8-mile route for families who ride with children and challenged riders, according to a news release from the club. The longest route was 68 miles. …

Balance was key for Sienna Wilson, 4, on Saturday’s cold, foggy morning as she and her grandmother Crystal Wilson, 57, tackled their first cycling event together.
Sienna sat on an extra seat strapped to the front of her grandmother’s bicycle as they made their way through a 10-mile course at the Tour de las Chingonas, an all-women’s event that started and ended on Texas A&M-San Antonio’s campus on the South Side.
