El Paso looks to make downtown bike improvements

EL PASO, Texas (CBS4) — Downtown El Paso will soon be more accessible for bikers.
This week city council approved an advance funding agreement between the city and the Texas Department of Transportation for “the Downtown Bicycle Improvements Phase I project" for the design and construction of bicycle facilities at various downtown street locations to include signage, wayfinding, striping, and intersection treatments.
