RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KVII) — Palo Duro Canyon is one of the few state parks in Texas that did not have a set capacity until the COVID-19 pandemic changed that this year. Despite fewer people from out of state visiting the 28,000-acre attraction, visitation remains fairly strong from Texas residents who are being asked to follow state-health guidelines upon entering.
