Was just told that I wasn't allowed on HCC property (by an HCC cop) while trying to ride on the Austin St bikeway that cuts through their campus.

Anyone know the actual agreement that @HoustonPlanning / @HouPublicWorks / @HoustonBikePlan made with HCC?

I did press him that this was a designated City of Houston bikeway and had he seen the bikeway markings set into the actual ground, and he said he didn't care and that it was still HCC property and to go around the campus.

Not a huge deal, so I did, but still annoying.
