Frisco expands trails system as demand increases

Some of Frisco’s most popular trails will soon get expansions to improve their connectivity throughout the city and the region.
The city plans to add a connection to Cottonwood Creek Trail, one of Frisco’s busiest paths, under the Dallas North Tollway later this year. That trail is then slated to be connected to Main Street in 2021. …

SAN ANTONIO – Vision Zero San Antonio, an initiative of the City of San Antonio’s Public Works Department, has released a new child-friendly, animated video that teaches kids critical roadway safety lessons, a press release said.

As a Bicycle and Accessory Buyer, this position is responsible for supporting our retail stores by executing timely special orders, writing and executing effective assortment plans by category, analyzing sales reports and assisting the purchasing manager in other related duties. This includes creating purchase orders, order tracking, running reports, order follow up and processing changes as needed. This position reports to Purchasing Manager.
Position Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years retail purchasing experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a bike shop or be knowledgeable avid cyclist
Has good knowledge of the workings of bicycles and the accessories that accompany the bicycle-The ability to work closely within a small corporate environment and directly with ownership and stores
