The pandemic forced the closure of gyms but there are plenty of ways to get and stay fit, trainers say
A couple days ago, Clayton Rosen went out for a spin on his bicycle.
The 44-year-old Rosen, a personal trainer who says he has been in the gym since he was 13 years old, took an impromptu tour around part of the Capital Region landscape, looking for people getting some exercise

Simply put, I’m gutted over the whole situation. This virus has caused massive amounts of disappointment and hardship all over the world and the Texas League is certainly right in the midst of it. Sports in general have been greatly affected and entire seasons have been lost across all sorts of sports.

Friday March 20, 2020, 55 miles (89 km) – Total so far: 827 miles (1,330 km) I left the RV Park before 9 am and stopped at the Oasis Café for breakfast. This is the last day I will be able to eat in a restaurant. The governor of Texas has order all the restaurants in Texas to only offer take out meals. I had a head wind all day today.
