September 29th, 2019 MEET AT 7:45 AM START AT 8:00 AM RIDE IS SUNDAY MORNING Come join us for a bike ride from Terry Hershey Park through George Bush Park! We will meet at the Gazebo on the north side of Memorial, just west of Eldridge. We will bike up to 24 miles on a paved path – toward Fry Road and back (however many miles we can do in 2 hours).
This is an intermediate ride and we will average 13 to 16 MPH.
Helmets are required.

Meet at 3 Brother Bakery (please don’t park at the bakery, I suggest to park at Spec’s which is a block south of the meeting point on Stella Link, or the bank next door). Park, get your bike ready and then meet in front of 3 Brothers Bakery, we will roll out at 7:10 am.

It’s no secret that while bicycling is popular, bike shops are suffering. This hit home for A Dude when he was in Bicycle Sport Shop on Guadalupe yesterday and learned that it was going to shut down. Retail will stop on September 28, but repairs may continue for a little while.
