Bicyclist seriously injured after car crash in San Antonio area

A bicyclist in New Braunfels was rushed to a San Antonio hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a car in foggy weather early Tuesday morning, according to police.

Two streets in downtown Tyler have been identified as priorities for future infrastructure to improve travel for pedestrians and bicyclists.
The recommendations are part of a draft plan called Active Tyler that seeks to plan out how future pedestrian and bicycle paths should be built in Tyler and the surrounding parts of Smith County.

Corsicana residents who saw Michael Rosner, 26, Friday may have mistaken him for a 100 West artist-in-residence as he rode his bicycle to various exhibits of Corsicana Main Street’s Art After Hours. It was the first time, however, he ever set foot in the place.
