Laredo City Council discusses alternative transportation initiatives

Laredo City Council had an especially long agenda during their previous regular meeting, so naturally some common themes emerged from the group. Beyond the makeup of the city’s leadership, perhaps the most prominent motif was transportation, namely alternative transportation.
